Refund policy

At Lumora Living, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or assembled
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at the time of purchase)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infolumoraliving.shop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item and cover all return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

  • Email us at infolumoraliving.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  • Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • It may take additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped. Email infolumoraliving.shop@gmail.com. immediately if you need to cancel.

8. Shipping Times
Lumora Living operates on a dropshipping model. Estimated delivery times are 7–20 business days within the United States. Delays may occur due to supply chain or carrier conditions beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will offer a resolution.

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different product, return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
